Returns & Exchanges

At Everstride, we want you to feel the perfect fit and support; if your wide-calf compression socks aren't exactly right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your socks in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
